1. Introduction
For plastic products industries, power consumption is a major part of production costs.molding machine is main power consumption equipment. So decreasing the power consumption of molding machine is an effective way to decrease production costs for plastic industries.
SD10-Z series is a high-performance servo drive system, which adopts 32-bit high-performance DSP. It has the feature of high voltage utilization, high power factor, fast dynamic response, high control precisionlow noise. Its power consumption is the percent of 20-70% of traditional consumption,its power consumption also is 20-50% lower than the molding machine which adopts AC drives.
2. Energy-saving principle of servo system
For the same oil pumpsame pressure system, output power of oil pump varies directly with motor speedtorque. Traditional molding machine drives 4 poles motor, which rated speed is 1500 rev,output speed is not adjusted. For the adjusted servo system, speed can be adjusted according to system current flow,output torque can be adjusted according to current pressure. For example: molding machine system adopts 64cc oil pump,max pressure of system is 175bar, then output power of traditional oil pump is 28kw. After adopting servo system, at the process of sol, system needs 50% of system pressure50% of sol speed, then the output power is 7kw, energy saving can reach 75%.
3. Using method of molding machine
Please change normal asynchronous motorquantitative oil pump to servo motorgear pumpscrew pump, add pressure transmitter in the output channel of oil pump,remove the proportional flow valve, pressure valveelectricity boards in the old system. The pressure given analog signalflow given analog signal is output from PC control of molding machine, convert the signals to 0-10VDC analog voltage signal,add it directly to input terminals of servo system pressure given signalflow given signal. Please connect pressure sensor signal of oil pump output channel to the servo pressure feedback signal ports. Servo motor will deal with the pressure signalflow signal by PID adjust, to change output torquerotary speed of servo motor. Then output flow Qtpressure p of oil pump motor are changed, which can meet the needs of oil pressureflow speed.
